Requests are subject to availability and may be difficult to honor at certain properties or on specific dates. Completing this form does not guarantee your request will be honored but we will make every attempt possible to accommodate your request.

This donation form includes all requests related to complimentary or discounted room nights, food and beverage services, meeting space, donations, fund raising events and gift certificates. For donations requiring food and beverage or meeting services, please visit our hotels website to ensure we are able to accommodate the size of your event. Please allow 4-5 business days to be contacted about the status of your request and at least an additional 15-21 days to organize our participation with your event. All requests should be made no later than 1 month before an event.
