Dio Deka restaurant is the culmination of the dreams of five Greek restaurateurs, Nikos Kalouris, Vagelis Papazisis, Yiani Dulles, Julian Abbott, and Petros Katopodis, all formerly management and servers at Evvia in Palo Alto. With them comes the culinary expertise of Chef and Managing Partner Salvatore Calisi.
